‘Patient and Public Involvement: The opportunities and challenges’ Webinar

The webinar is aimed at current researchers with experience of the opportunities and challenges around public involvement in research. It aims to help current NIHR trainees, and other researchers who are leading research projects, get the most out of public involvement.

This webinar:

  • provides practical solutions to help to manage the opportunities and challenges in the context of research
  • explores existing and novel methods of patient and public involvement and how to systematically address challenges
  • includes a Q&A session 

The webinar is presented by Derek Stewart OBE, Associate Director for Patient and Public Involvement at NIHR Clinical Research Network (CRN), and Paula Wray, Public Involvement Programme Lead for NIHR CLAHRC East Midlands.
