Created on Wednesday, 18 Nov 2015. Posted in Funding | Literature

The supplement titled ‘Everyone join in – Why research should be everybody’s business’ explores how the number of midwives, nurses and Allied Health Professionals engaging in research is increasing with the help of the HEE/NIHR ICA Programme; which is specifically aimed at non-medical healthcare professionals.

The supplement features interviews with Dean for NIHR Trainees, Professor Dave Jones, Nicki Latham, Executive Director of Performance and Development at Health Education England (who fund the programme) and several current ICA trainees from a variety of backgrounds including music therapy, midwifery and nursing.
