Involving patients and the public in your research – webinar

NIHR introductory webinar for researchers with little or no experience of public involvement. The one hour webinar is aimed at aspiring NIHR trainees and early career researchers giving:
- An overview of what public involvement is and why it is important in research (Philippa Yeeles, Director of Involvement and Engagement at NIHR Central Commissioning Facility)
- Why public involvement is important to the NIHR and how best to demonstrate public involvement in an application – including signposts to NIHR resources around public involvement (Anne-Laure Donsky, NIHR Panel Member and Independent Researcher)
- Q&A session
